Hi there. I know this post was done over a year ago! Can I ask if this still happens to you? I sort of experience the same thing as you with my eyelashes. I lose like 6/7 everyday from certain areas along the top of my lash line until the new ones grow back in. However i never have bald spots as there is always new growth there. I used an eyelash curler for 4 years and I have decided that this was the culprit.. I have stopped using it and I'm still experiencing lash loss but not on the same scale as I was when I was using it. My doctor said that over using the lash curler can make so many loose thus fall out and this pattern continues as the eyelash growth pattern has been "synced". This is similar for people who have lost a lot of hair at once like Alopecia or chemotherapy. Eyelashes can keep growing and shedding in a similar cycle if they are made loose altogether, shed altogether and then grow back altogether. This pattern continues for awhile and then fades out over time (hopefully anyway, I am seeing some improvement this time round anyway) best thing to do is stop using lash curlers!

Latiees works great- until your lids get red and irritated. Just couldn't do it anymore. Now I feel like I just stunted the growth now.

I'm having loss of most of the eyelashes on the top right eyelid only. Should I go to an eye doctor or cosmetologist to find out why I have lost most of my upper eyelashes from my right eye only?

Losing a significant amount of lashes on one eyelid can indeed be concerning and may have various causes. While it's good that your doctor has ruled out certain potential issues, it's always best to continue working closely with healthcare professionals to pinpoint the exact cause.
