Hi,
That's exactly how I feel and is very frustrating when doctors keep telling you you're fine.
I feel sick till around 11AM and I can barely drive to work sometimes. I'm on Zofrac but I feel very nauseous. I don't feel like having breakfast or anything. I feel like I'm going to be sick at any giving moment. I feel hot and cold flashes.
I go to bed between 9/10 pm and I usually don’t eat after 7pm.
I don’t know what to eat during the morning ‘cause I feel I will get sick if I eat something. Oh!
Thanks,

hi, I am 26 years old and after giving birth to my daughter (well over 2 years now) I still get the morning nausea EVERYDAY !!! as soon as I wake up. I have tired eatting my supper early, going to bed with an antacid, munching some crakers before I get up...... ect ect...nothing works and doctors say there's nothing they can find that would cause this. Can someone give me some ideas of what this could be ???
Thanks
Thanks
im 19 years old and when i was in middle school around 6 grade i ate some popcorn shrimp and felt like it got stuck in my throught so i felt like trowing up and went to the nurse office and went home. When i got home my mouth got dry and i had no saliva in my mouth and i had never experience that in my life so i got scared and called 911 they came and took me to the hospital were they examined me and found nothing wrong just gave me some medicine for my stomach. The next day i felt okay but i didnt want to eat because i thought the food would get stuck in my throught so i only drank-ed liquids and soup waters. i lived on liquids for about 3 weeks going to my 4th week i somehow started to eat solid food then after a couple weeks i got very nausea's and stopped eating solid food again for about 4 weeks then i went to then my parents took me to the doctor and told my parents i was close to getting diabetes i weighted about 160 when i was 12 then in about a month i went down to about 110 if so the doctor gave me some medicine for nausea and to get hungry so later on i started eating again. After a while one day i ate some meat my parents cooked in a barbie Q and got a very bad stomach ache so i took some alkazerzers and after a while it went away after that everytime i ate a certain meal i got the stomach pain again and took mor anti acids then the stomach pain went away for a couple of years later on in 9th grade in the beggening of of the semester i got nausea's again and stopped eating then when the nausea went away and started eating again the stomach pain came back but this time it got a lot stronger and lasted longer and longer each time i got it. It came weeks were i got the pain 2s a week. After some time i avoided many foods that caused the pain but when i got the pain i took soke medicine from mexico that was a pain reliever that my mom had. When the pain didnt gp away i had to go to the emergency room a couple of time but didnt find anything nor did they look for a unlcer or anything. then after a while i got some medicine from my doctor that helped out a lot its been a couple of years since i got the pain thank god but the nausea came back for a couple of months i've felt nauseous every day but forced my self to eat or my stomach pain would come back then the nausea left but still felt a little after done eating a big meal most of the time the lunch meal and about a month ago my nausea came back not only after eating but wheni wake up or randomly i feel it and just cauf and it goes away a little and then it goes away then three weeks pass and i start feeling a little better and comes back out of no were i try to eat a burger and i just couldnt first i thought it was because i didnt sleep right i went to sleep around 4 and woke up around 2 or 3 on my days off work i would stay in bed till almost 5 so i went to the doctor last week and did a blood test and some type of stomach test and both came back okay nothing wrong with me doc told me to sleep earlier and wake up early to help my digestive system so i did i slept early and woke up a bit earlyer and changed my diet completely instead of a burger for breakfest i ate soupe and some cheese tacos then i felt beter after two days and then another problem happen i didnt have a bowel movement in 4 days today at first i thought it was the diet change and sleep and stress i had with the nausea then at the end of the 4th night i took some medecine that makes you have a bowel movement(meaning to take a poo) today on my 5th day i went to buy some prunes and ate a bunch short after i went to the restroom counting today on my 5th day i went 3 times in one day so hoping my constepation problem goes away because that had never happen to me before only when i was a baby my mom told me but know i dont know weather the constipation was just the change in diet and sleep or colon cancer many times i read that symptoms for colon cancer are nausea or vometing and constipation along with many others and i hope that the my nausea isnt cause my that and that i dont get constepated again and that my nausea is just like the rest of ya's just an unlcer or digestive acids problems what do ya think?
My research has led me in the direction that the cause of this is from low blood pressure. After fasting throughout the night, your bood pressure is much lower than normal. It gets increasingly worse if you get out of bed quickly and take a hot shower.
The best solution I have found is to rise out of bed slower, drink a large cup of cold water right away and maybe even something very small to eat. This should be done before getting yourself going in the morning. You should also try to avoid hot showers in the morning; a cooler shower is healthier all around, for the skin and hair as well.

Seriously, this sounds like low blood sugar symptoms 'to me'... so try eating something 'light & healthy' right before going to bed to carry you through. Also, eat soon after rising to get that sugar back up. The worst thing you can do is to skip meals even if you're trying to lose weight... eat something light. Hope this helps... because it really does work for me. :-D
I am 16 almost 17 and I also have these symptoms.
I wake up and i'm nausiated and I normally feel like I'm going to throw up OR i have loose stools.
It normally starts in the morning and goes away during the afternoon and not eating seems like it helps
I've thrown up quite a bit and almost have a loose stool every morning.
This has been going on for the last 6 months and I dont know whats wrong. I still haven't seen a doctor
but I'm going to give that tea thing a whirl. If any of you find out what you have please let me know or post again.
your all very helpful :-)

My son, also 17 has the same issue. He has had this for years. Sometimes drinking apple cider vinegar helps, and drinking water, but it seems that getting lots of sleep and taking it easy in the morning helps most. He is taking on-line school classes in the morning now, so that also helps so he can take it easy. The nausea isn't every morning, but probably 4 of 7 days.
Always searching for an better solutions to this very annoying problem. It seems a lot of people are experiencing this.

Unfortunately I'm having the same problem as all of you posters. I'm a 22 year old male and when i wake up around 10am i can never eat properly because when i attempt to eat it will make me nauseous?? and I will remain nauseous until half the day goes by and my appetite comes back to life. Any ideas?
I am 14 and have a similar problem, but mine usually goes away after I eat, but some days I can't go to school because if feels like the flu. Sometimes I start gagging and throw up stomac acid. Not all foods make it go away though, and other foods make it worse. Like, I can't eat eggs, cereal and stuff like that. It's nice to know I'm not the only one with nausea in the mornings. :-)
I've had this problem since my early teens, and I'm now 23. My mom used to think it was anxiety, because it would always be awful the first week of school. A friend of mine had a theory that it had to do with REM cycles, because it only happens to me when i don't have the right hours of sleep. Regardless, I know its definitely sleep related with me. I'm also hypoglycemic, so the sugar drop theory might hold some weight as well, but it isnt as consistent with sugar as it is with sleep, apparently. Sometimes 4 hours of sleep I wake up fine, but 5 I'll get sick. When I get up feeling sick, I always feel better after I throw up (which is always just yellow bile, no food) but most of the time I don't throw up, I just feel faint. I've found that drinking caffeine fixes the problem rather quickly, and any morning when I know I wont sleep 8 or more hours I will have it ready for the morning. Hope this might help someone!
I am up between 3 and 5 every morning with extreme nausia, it dont go away sometimes, and i throw up my meds, food, and acid. I also have very irregular stools... i am completely miserable through the mornings, and into the afternoons....it subsides usually in the evening. I have nausia thru the day, and cant eat good, have went to a liquid diet, and have lost 17 lbs in the past 3 weeks...I am miserable, and 6 doctors dont know what to do for me.....gastroparisis has been diagnosed, but I am sick and tired of beeing sick and tired. 24 hospitalizations in the past 2 years!!!! Can someone please help me??
I am 17 years old (almost 18), and this just started on Saturday. (Jan 1st, 2011) At first, I thought it was the fried foods I ate at the New Year's Eve party my mom hosts every year, but I didn't eat that much, and it's now the 4th and I'm not feeling better at all. The nausea goes away when I'm going to sleep, but sticks with me all day. Could it be mid-winter/seasonal depression? I've experienced that every winter, but never with this nausea/dizziness thing. I'm going to try chamomile tea, but I don't know how well that will work. Are there other remedies?
My doctor said to eat a few tums before bed, but it didn't help me at all. He also said it could be sleep related (like, I haven't been getting enough sleep) but he's doing blood tests and stuff. I'll post the results if anything shows up.
