Red, itchy blotches on body after showering

That is exactly what I have! Someone please help. I swim a lot competitively and now it’s getting really embarrassing afterwards. It’s also really itchy...anyone with advice is very very appreciated

my chest was perfectly clear no pimples or red spots then i was cold so i took an extremely hot bath for an hour running the hot water and now i have red bumps like pimples on my chest that itch for 3 days now what can i put on it to stop the itching and let the pimples go away

Clean your shower head with vinegar or Clorox and let water run through it. Fungus, mold or bacteria could be lurking in the shower head.

i feel like you're the only one on here that is right about this.

Have you found out anything on this? Does it continue? I have a very similar problem. Thanks!

Hi i saw your post.i came on here because lately ive been breaking outnon my chest and under my rib area.its drivimg me nuts and then i seen that you have sarcoidosis which my mother has.she has the same type of reddness.do you think my problem could be tied in would it be a goox idea to get checked.been having some pain in my lungs like and ach as well as feeling like im breathing through a straw.wondering if this could all be tied in and if it can be passed genetically?

When you sweat your body is also releasing water so it really could be water that triggers this condition. I am the same way and the only time I ever get these bumps is when my skin gets wet, not when I'm hot or anything
